A traditional turf-roofed hut with brown wooden walls featuring a white-framed diamond-shaped window. The roof is covered with thick green grass. In front of the hut, on a gravel surface, lies a large circular stone pattern made of white and dark gray stones. The environment is overcast, and the background shows a flat, grassy landscape.

When venturing throughout the area of Nørre Nebel and turning towards Nymindegab Strand you will find three small thatched huts at the bottom of Ringkøbing Fjord.

The "Esehusene" are situated below Nymindegab Kro. The houses were used for fishing equipment and as home for the women "esepigerne" who were reparing the fishing equipment and preparing the bait (in Danish=Es).
